RANDY & NICK CASE STUDY
Randy & Nick came to Pinnacle with a straightforward problem: an outdated website that was not mobile friendly, didn’t look good and ranked poorly. This was particularly a problem since Randy & Nick service the extreme high-end of clientele. The website simply didn’t match their brand.
Create a website that would meet client design aspirations to modernize the site without reducing the brands appeal to it’s core audience. The site would need to load quickly all while hosting a large inventory of HD quality videos and imagery as well as their IDX and MLS web integrations.

Larger featured and sold property section with horizontally scroll to view more. Properties are organized by price, and each sold property has a custom page embedded unique with HD photos + video content unique to the Randy & Nick website
SITE SEARCH GOALS
Implemented mapping/MLS functionality and utilized custom geographic and other parameters to only display homes meeting R&N specifications for sale.
Filter Results by price, home features zip code, or MLS number. Visitors can also easily click on the live map to view an active listing.

Image slider at top of page displaying all the homes that are featured on this page. Scrapped 2 column design and created a modern form using current web standards
Created a separate page for each property customized with image gallery sliders, useful web integrations/tools and custom content, including videos
DIGITAL BANNER ADS
Pinnacle H-M redesigned the print ads to a cleaner, elegant layout incorporating the new photography, creative copy and an offer to entice guests to book. Past guest email marketing creative with a responsive, more modern design and increased click thru rates and conversions. Redesigned the Meeting Planner Kit to target the group market.
The new photography complemented the modern designs and elevated the brand.
